  • Work in the Majestic Forest: Join locals in extracting resin from Pine or Caranium trees aged over 15 years. After working, you will prepare and enjoy a rustic lunch infused with the flavors of the forest right at the edge of the woods.
  • Become a Tea Farmer: Explore a historic tea farm (established in 1962) and learn the journey from cultivation to production. You will step into the shoes of a worker: hand-picking tea buds, tending to the hills, and savoring pure green tea amidst the vast landscape.
  • Discover Kien Moc Culture: Master the art of knitting the traditional “Thong” bag and participate in seasonal farming activities (planting rice, harvesting corn, sweet potatoes, etc.). This is your chance to gain deep insight into the simple, peaceful lifestyle of the local people.

DAY 1

12.30: Checking in and relaxing In the afternoon: visiting the town freely by bicycle

18.30 to 19.00: Family dinner (rice wine - happy water served)
In the evening; Chilling and meeting up. Sleep at Mien Ecohouse

DAY 2

8.00: Start from our House to a local house in the jungle, which takes 20 minutes to get there. Today you will truly experience life as a local.

She will show you how to extract resin from pine trees or Caranium trees, if the resin is full, you will have a chance to harvest and carry it - it's hard work.

11.30: Return to the house and start preparing lunch yourself using mostly local ingredients such as colored sticky rice (1hour for steaming), peeling and picking vegetables, cooking porridge. And enjoy lunch afterward.

15.00: Comeback to Mien Ecohouse and finish your trip.

18.30 to 19.00: Family dinner (rice wine - happy water served)

Free time at night.

DAY 3

8.00: Start from our House with easy rider, It takes 45 minutes to get there. Sightseeing great view on the way.

8.45: Go to the tea farm and start working. The workers will show you how to take care of the tea plants: picking the tea buds, weeding and fertilizing, seeding cultivation.

11.30: Go back to have lunch by set menu.
After lunch take a break

13.30: Go on the boat to relax and get an overview of the tea farm on the lake

14.30: Go back to the factory and see how they process the tea buds after harvesting. You will have chance to taste green tea made by the biggest factory in town which supplies tea to cities all over Vietnam.

15.30: Head back to Mien Ecohouse to wrap up your trip, then enjoy 45 minutes ride home.

16.30 to 17.00: Family dinner (rice wine happy water served) Free time at night.

DAY 4

8:00: Start from our House with easy rider. It will take 1 hour to get there. You will see majestic mountains, forests and the road like a strip of silk

9:00: Upon arriving at a local house, you will be shown how to knit a handmade bag and you will have a chance to try it yourself.

11:30: Lunch time with local family and local food. Take a break

13:00 to 13:30: Growing vegetables/ going into the jungle to collect firewood/ harvesting corn, taro, beans... depending on the season.

15:30: Comeback to Mien Ecohouse. Finish your trip

16:30 to 17:00 pm: Family dinner (rice wine - happy water served)' Free time at night.

DAY 5

7:00 to 9:00: Breakfast time

11:30: Checking out
